Immerso nel verde delle colline umbre, in posizione panoramicissima, tra Perugia e Assisi, il nostro è un antico casale del 1200 completamente ristrutturato e circondato da un magnifico giardino con rose e ulivi, all’interno del quale è situata una fantastica piscina panoramica.

Il casale si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto a molte città di particolare interesse turistico (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, ecc.). Inoltre siamo a pochi passi dall’aeroporto di Perugia, S. Francesco d’Assisi, scalo di linee internazionali low cost.

Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, in a very panoramic position, between Perugia and Assisi, ours is the main building of Castel D’Arno, originally built in the 1200s, has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, from where the panoramic view is fantastic.

The pool, the barbecue and the forest and all its surroundings are suitable for enjoying outdoors. If time forces you to be inside the house, each space has been designed for the comfort and delight of visitors.
