Restaurata nel 2013, la sua costruzione risale al 1765 come testimonia la targa apposta all’esterno. Come la via, prende il nome dall’omonimo fosso sottostante, la cui etimologia ha varie interpretazioni: potrebbe derivare da bugliare, ovvero buttare rifiuti, da bulicame ovvero vena d’acqua o ancora da bulgiame, bolgiaio, bolge ovvero profondità dirupata.Come su molte porte sopra all’arco nel lato interno è un dipinto mariano coevo (XVIII sec.) deteriorato dall’esposizione.

It was built in 1765, as shown on the plaque placed on the exterior and renovated in 2013. Like the street it takes name from the underlying moat. The etymology has various interpretations: Bugliare, throwing trash; Bulicame, water streak; Bulgiame, Bolgiaio, Bolge, cliff.
Like many other doors, above the arch in the interior, is a coeval painting (XVIII Century) decayed due to exposure.
