Collezione delle marionette di Anna Maria Guardabassi – Anna Maria Guardabassi Puppet Collection

La collezione, donata dall’artista perugina Anna Maria Guardabassi (1902- 2000) al Teatro Morlacchi, è una testimonianza del ritorno alla tradizione delle marionette da salotto a Perugia.

Custodita nel foyer del III° ordine, consiste in n. 71 pezzi ispirati al ‘700 veneziano, allestiti con le scenografie dipinte dall’artista.

The collection, donated by the peruginian artist Anna Maria Guardabassi (1902- 2000) to the Morlacchi Theatre, is a testimony of the puppetry tradition for private houses in Perugia.

It is kept in the III tier foyer and consists of 71 pieces inspired to the XVII Century Venetian Style, staged with the scenography painted by the artist.
