Villa Taticchi

Villa Taticchi è un’imponente villa di campagna che sorge a circa 100 metri dalla sponda sinistra del fiume Tevere; la sua costruzione risale ad epoche diverse.
Il nucleo centrale della villa è rappresentato da una torre medievale risalente al XIV sec., costituita da quattro ambienti sovrapposti. Nel tempo, sono state affiancate ad essa diverse costruzioni, la maggior parte delle quali risale al XIX sec.
L’aspetto attuale è dovuto ad interventi svolti all’inizio del Novecento. L’immobile attualmente è sottoposto al vincolo del Ministero dei Beni Culturali ed ambientali.

Villa Taticchi is an imposing country house about 100 m from the left bank of the Tevere; its construction dates back to several different periods.
The central core is a medieval tower from the XIV Century with four rooms one on top of the other. During the following years several different construction have been added, mainly dating back to the XIX Century.
The present building aspect is from the beginning of the XX Century.
The building is under bounds by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
