Seattle is host to many universities including the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific, Seattle University, and a Seattle Community College.

The shopping available in Seattle is some of the best in the United States. Nordstrom, REI, and Eddie Bauer are popular chain stores that began right in Seattle and still flourish in the city today. Shopping is available all around the city, but the main shopping area of the city is situated at Pine Street and Fifth Avenue.
Yes, Italy is known for coffee, but the first Starbucks ever is situated within the Pike Place market.
Since the first one opened in 1971 there are now over 13,000 Starbucks worldwide. It is estimated now that every three days a new Starbucks opens somewhere around the world. Also Seattle’s Best coffee is a very popular coffee chain that is all throughout the U.S. and Canada.
